College was founded in 2009 and received the requested project to promote the Grand National in upgrading the scientific reality of teachers of Iraq. the presidency of the University of Kufa, chosed Assistant Professor Dr. Ibtisam Abdul-Karim Al-madany to be the first woman (Dean) in the process of the University of Kufa.

| Prospects and future plans |
The nature of the study in the college based on semester, students take two semesters per academic year with 100% of each semester of exam passing and in case of fail they are to allow sit for the second attempt after completing the exams of the second semester . |
